Also referred to as a "Goliath" crane and they can be very huge in terms of capacity, width and sizes. These cranes are very ideal for outdoor application such as stockyards where they provide lifting and transportation without the cost of a building structure. They also provide the best solutions indoors where existing structures are not suitable for the load imposed by overhead cranes or where additional supporting steelwork would result in loss of floor area.

Double Girder Gantry Crane (DGGC)

With a double girder that is supported by its own column and move along the crane rail, Double Girder Gantry Crane can be designed with a longer span and higher lifting limit. 

A Double Girder Gantry Crane can also be designed up to 120t SWL.
